It is really fun learning about the day-to-day routines in Dubai.
I am not sure but will take some guesses.
1) I know the emirates love their KFC and ice cream though I don't remember if they have Baskin Robins. I will go with c) Taco Bell.
2) No clue, I will go with d) Eddie Bauer.
3) Uhhh, d) Cadillac.
4) Since I know you will have tried to find it, a) Dermalogica.
5) We didn't go to McD's so I don't know what they have. I'll go with d) Chinese Chicken Salad.
