Lyra has numerous ways:
What's dat?
Dat's noffing.
I sink so.
But I can't think of a word where she uses the "TH" sound.
She even corrects her friends.
Lyra: Mama, why does Meera say 'some-FING'? It's 'some-SING'.
Me: Actually, it's 'some-THING'. TH-TH-TH. Can you say, TH?
Lyra: Nu-uh, it's some-SING.
Me: Well, it's not.
[What I really wanted to say was, "Hey little smartie pants. I've been speaking English 40 years longer than you. I should think I'd know if it's some-SING or some-THING. "]
