Iranian Pickles . . . mmmmm

I have discovered the best pickles - so good they are worth a blog entry.

Crispy, crunchy, and tart with vinegar; salty, garlicky, tarragon-y (no, not dill) and a touch of chili to add heat at the end. Mmmmmm-I wonder if I can get Outpost to stock these for me?

Do the Iranian trade restrictions extend to pickles?
