Lyra hasn't decided what she's going to ask for from Santa. She's told me she wants some blue Crocs, but I think that is what she wants from Russell & I, not from Santa.
About 2 weeks ago, I asked her what she was going to ask for from Santa and she said Easter Joy. I was stumped by that. I asked her, "What's Easter Joy?" thinking I had misunderstood her. She said, "I don't know, what's Easter Joy?"
A day or so later, I was thinking and had an "Ahaa" moment. She loves the song Peter Cottontail and there's a line that goes, "Bringing every girl and boy baskets full of Easter Joy." She probably had no idea what that was, but thought she wanted some. So, now she's changed her mind about asking for Easter Joy, but I'm trying to convince her it would be a good thing to ask for. It would probably stump ol' Father Christmas too.
She better make up her mind soon! Santa doesn't have much time until things need to be delivered.
